Half day or full day, on-site or remote, with your own working data and cases.

We build or improve one concrete piece in your own project during the session.

1 month of questions via Slack or email after the workshop.

How it works
Four phases from intake to progress check.
Intake and curriculum choice
I interview 3 to 5 team members and pick together with you which modules from the Lovable, Claude and Claude Code tracks fit. Then we decide which extra modules to add and which live project we'll use during the workshop.
Hands-on training on your project
80% practice, 20% theory. Every participant builds at least 3 working AI workflows they can use the next day. No slides, just results.
Implementation and support
The team applies the workflows in practice. Via Slack or email I answer questions, help with edge cases and share extra tips. Most questions come in this phase.
Progress check
We evaluate: what works well, what nobody picks up, where the frustrations are. Concrete tips to increase adoption and new opportunities that became visible during use.

Every training runs on one method: AI as a colleague, you decide. Thinking in context layers, letting Claude interview you, Skills and connectors that wire Claude into your systems, and after two weeks a champion per role who keeps the knowledge alive.
